Summer 2003
Our summer edition consists of articles about the current state of the catastrophe market, liability of welding rod manufacturers, excess claims handling. Policy wording issues are discussed in the publication about claims made policies. The analysis of issues which older drivers present for insurers and the latest pollution review update are also part of this FacWorld Report.
December 2002
Collection of articles about impact of big jury verdicts on excess (re)insurance, natural disasters, European D&O and medical malpractice markets. Legal study of Errors and Omissions clause as well as a customary pollution review also feature in this issue of FacWorld Report.
September/October 2002

November/December 2001
This month we have articles on Winemaking, Rubber Manufacturing, Tire Product Liability, Life Reinsurance issues, and Commercial Auto trends as well as our old friend Toxic Mold. In additon, we feature a section on Terrorism and the Insurance Industry, which includes comments from Ron Ferguson and Warren Buffett as well as some Congressional Testimony and a CPCU panel discussion video on "The Impact of Terrorism in the Insurance Industry."

The September Report was intentionally International in flavour, featuring a review of Casualty Litigation in Asia, a look at Tobacco litigation outside the USA, our first "e-business" thoughts and a review of the Semiconductor Industry with links to the members of our specialist network.
August 2000 - The First Report
This report contained articles on Phen-Fen litigation, the 1999 Business Interruption Large loss review and the first of now regular US Pollution Litigation reviews that now rest on the FacWorld Index Page.
