We also present an eye opening table detailing tobacco litigation outside of the USA and an e-commerce review, questioning whether it is possible and desirable to add value online. Please visit our Discussion Forum to initiate and contribute to debate on the articles below.

Tobacco Litigation has been one of the hot topics in the USA, legally, politically and has held major interest for the Insurance Industry. Although action in the United States has been well documented, less attention has been paid to individual and class action suits in the rest of the world. The attached article presents a case by case summary of this litigious activity and provides an excellent reference point.
