FacWorld submission forms consist of two parts: the General Info page and Risk info page(s). The General Info page contains all general information regarding the account, such as contact info, a risk summary, named insured, policy info, atachments, comments and dates. From the bottom of this page, you will select the risk type you'd like to add. |

Click on Edit on the Cedant row to Edit your Profile.
If this is a Renewal to GenRe, click on Yes
and add the Expiring GenRe agreement number.
Enter the Account General Information. 
Enter the Reinsurance and Policy Date.
Click on Browse to search for attachments. Click on
the Add button to Add Attachments to your submission.
