All the portfolio columns are sortable. Click on the arrow
next to each heading to sort the data.
Click on the Insured Name to open an account.
Click on the 
to view the account history.
The Status column will reflect the most recent status of the account.
The RAC (renewal action code) column shows the Renewal Action Code from Eddie, or closed quote from FacWorld, depending on account status.
To Reassign the Cedant underwriter, or Gen Re underwriter, place a check in the corresponding checkbox of the account(s) you wish to reassign, then click the orange Reassign button.
