Multi-Million Verdicts and Impact on Excess Liability Business
The mid- and late 1990s brought another wave of inflated jury verdicts in the US. With this trend of drastic increases in award amounts continuing at present, a lot of questions have been asked as to what particular effects this would generate for liability insurance.
