The Internet is a highly powerful Information tool, which can help underwrite risk. Contained within is pertinent information on the activities of Directors and Officers of companies. We leave it to your discretion to interpret the information in an appropriate fashion. We try our best to understand the source of the information, any bias and intent behind whatever information is presented in interpreting the sites. We do find these links invaluable.

www.ceoexpress.com - this site is a good way to access excellent sources of information. The quality of most of the sites listed will be obvious as you will recognize many of the names.

www.tenkwizard.com - an excellent source to find anything that has been filed on EDGAR (the US SEC system for all firms publicly traded to file their required reports). After free registration you can keyword search the entire system. It will send you email updates on your search as new filings are received. The filings can be emailed in RTF format.

www.google.com - one of the best search engines on the internet.

www.morningstar.com - for US companies the analysis provided is easy to understand. It compares the firm to its peers and provides a letter grade on a relative basis.

www.smartmoney.com - for US companies it is another source of excellent information. It is strongly graphically in format - market map is fascinating.

biz.yahoo.com - solid in the information it provides on US firms.

www.adr.com - this site run by J.P. Morgan has volumes of information on companies that trade as ADR's (American Depository Receipts) in the US. It has interesting links to stories in the home country.

www.riskgrades.com - another site run by Morgan. It provides risk analysis tools for investments. Run your portfolio of investments through it to analyze the risk you are taking on, stress test it, and look for investments that will reduce the risk of your portfolio. It is worth the time and effort to read the white papers to better understand this powerful tool.
