Casualty-Specific FAQs
Q1. Will we reinsure aggregates?
Aggregates are typically reinsured on Umbrella business. On Gap business, we typically reinsure the occurrence limit only.
Q2. Do we quote gross or net?
Our standard procedure is to quote Umbrella business gross and Gap business net. We can quote gross for Gap business as well, when appropriate. A usual commission override is 10-12.5%.
Q3. What is our minimum attachment?
The following attachment points apply to North American business only:

| General Liability/Public and Products Liability: | $250,000 CSL |
| Employers Liability: | $500K/$500K/$500K |
| Workers Comp./Employers Compensation: | $500,000 each accident. |
| Umbrella: | $1,000,000 in underlying limits (lower attachments available depending upon underlying structure) |

Q4. What is our capacity?
Subject to underwriting criteria, we have up to $10,000,000 in available capacity.
Q5. Can we reinsure different aspects of a risk?
Yes, we can usually laser out coverage for any number of risks from specific vehicles to specific products.
Q6. Are we an E&O/Professional Indemnity market?
Yes!
Q7. What lines of E&O/Professional Indemnity do we do?
We usually quote most lines of E&O/P.I. including, but not limited to, Architects and Engineers, Electronic, Insurance Agents, Accounting, Medical Malpractice, Media and more.
Q8. What is our minimum premium?
For North American business $1,750 gross is the standard minimum. There are exceptions based upon territory, line of business, and deal structure; so please refer to an underwriter for more specifics.
